Return to Work Resources

Are you trying to Implement a Return to Work program at your company? There are lots of resources that can help you acheive your goal of getting injured employees back to work.

We are going to continually update this page and categorize it by State. We will also link information to new legal cases and other resources that impact getting injured employees back to work.

If you already purchased a copy of From Workers Comp Claimant to Valued Employee – and you are looking for the forms and other items referenced in the book – please click on the Book From and Resources tab and you will be directed to the Book Resource site. We will also launch a Return to Work Wiki on June 1 which will give you an opportunity to network with other people who purchased the book and participate in online discussion about the book.
